The room was nice with a spectacular view, clean and cosy but most of all the staff was special. Great thanks for their profesionaity, help and supprt.

Great location - the hotel is attached to Langham Place shopping mall, with plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. The cleanliness of the room was at a high standard and facilities such as the swimming pool were great!
