Everything. From the our arrival to departure all the staff were extremely kind and attentive. Every detail is thought through, the amenities in the room are fabulous, the pillow menu is very pleasant. The rooms are big and very nicely decorated. We could use the changing room in the spa including the steam room as we had a very late flight, was very appreciated.
Breakfast is fantastic. We stayed in other hotels in Hong Kong before, it’s by far the best ever.
Will definitely be back when in Hong Kong.

Beautiful view of the city, lovely rooms, delicious breakfast, and a high level of service and comfort. The Michelin-star restaurants were amazing. The view from the bar or during breakfast is simply breathtaking. Overall, a very successful visit, with a well-designed spa and gym area.

Hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the MTR Admiralty station. Size of the Studio 80 Harbour view room is spacious. The windows are 2 way so you have to be properly dressed if you want to admire the view by the windows. All non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge including soft drinks/juices.. are all included. There are also the staples - kettle and coffee machine.

I loved the way the staffs looked after us. The room was all good, perfect location and you are just close to the MTR station and the bus bay. A few minutes walk to Avenue of Stars, HK Museum and Cultural center.
The area is located near a bus stop and MTR, making it easily accessible by public transportation. There are many convenience stores on the ground floor of the building, such as 7/11. It is also close to Avenue of Stars, K11 Museum, Clock Tower, restaurants, and malls, making it a strategic location for both food and transportation. Highly recommend if di mo arte and all. Dami din mga pinoy ga check in dun.

Superb service from the staff. Not just the staff at the counter, but also those standing around the reception area, and even the cleaning lady at our floor. Good location as it is within walking distance from Avenue of Stars and Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area. Toilet was very clean and room was well lit with natural lighting too.
