The staff was amazing! So nice kind and helpful! The hotel looks amazing, so much style! Clean, and even though is a big hotel you feel cozy and there is a lot of hidden places with beds to tan. Great food choices! Amazing bar with good alcohol! We will definitely come back!

The location was wonderful being close to the sea and many lovely shops and restaurants. The staff ensured everything went smoothly. Prior to arrival, we contacted Despina and she not only met us at the steps, but she walked all the way around to the car park and brought our two largest bags to the reception area. She and Argiro helped us with any questions or needs we had. Uenda served us at breakfast and was so pleasant, welcoming and professional. Everyone went beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant. The cost was very reasonable for a waterfront room with a balcony. Even though we were close to a lot of potential noise, there were never any problems at all. Breakfast was amazing!

Everything about this place is a dream. An amazing experience overall. Terry, Apostolis and Marius made sure our experience was perfect. The rooms were recently renovated and everything worked great. The pool area is fantastic, and the breakfast was vast and delicious. The staff were always making sure everything was ok and clean. It's a very quick drive to Agios or Elounda, and worth it for the incredible view. They lent us umbrellas to enjoy the beach as well!
