Nice comfortable room with kitchenette and offered cleaning service even after one night. Located 20 minute walk to the beach and 30 minutes to the Fortress. Coffee shop with decent grocery food and baked items around the corner and not far from restaurants. Love the cats :) and beautiful view. Great value!

We stayed in this place four nights. Nicely located in the proximity of karathona beach and nauplia, also other touristic attractions . The host is very kind, Ready to help with all what you need. The dinner in the garden was perfect . Daily cleaning of the waste is a great convenience. Nice, panoramic, parking on the site. Thank you George , hope to come back once again.
Apartment is at the ground level of a 3 stories villa. Easy to find. Across the street from Palamidi Fortress above the city of Nafplio. Parking is in the villa's backyard. The host met us immediately upon arrival to provide keys and offer any assistance required. Apartment and all amenities were in pristine condition. We had everything we wanted. Very short drive (3 min) from a nice sandy beach Karathonas. Wonderful panoramic view of Nafplio from the well manicured garden.
The house is super clean and fully equipped. Veey comfy and we never wanted to leave. The location is amazing, away from the noises of the city but 2mins drive from the center and 5mins drive from Karathonas beach. And the view from the garden amazing! We will return for sure, the host mister Kostas polite,very helpfull and welcoming to us and our pets!
Wonderful people, very polite and attentive. Spotless room! Excellent location, everything (bus station, supermarket, harbor, shops, restaurants etc) is literally within a 5' walk radius. Arvanitia beach at roughly 10' walk and that's also where the beautiful seaside path to Karathona beach starts.
Breakfast was delicious and had good variety.
