They serve a great breakfast, from hot english thru to continental and all the gorgeous sweet bakes, cakes and biscuits that the greeks are so famous for. The spa blew me away for an hour, the ambience, jacuzzi and the most wonderful massage. Beautiful view of the caldera from my room and balcony. I would definately return.

The property was lovely, the rooms were comfortable and well decorated. The location was great for local bus connections to other parts of the island. The owners made us feel very welcome from the collection at the airport to departure. We felt like family and nothing was too much trouble.

The bus to Oia left 10 mins early so can’t always go by advertised time. Bus/coaches are air conditioned and very comfortable. You buy tickets on the bus or as you get on. Fares are one way for 2 or 2.5 eur

A busy station with buses cramped into a small area that will take you around the island, mostly run on a half hour basis. However, check times for some of the more remote parts that are not so regular. Timetable is displayed at main station office and you pay in cash on the bus. If you need to stop at specific areas the conductor will assist you with advice, or maybe even stop for you. Prices are very reasonable with most fares 2 or 2,50 Euro single. Buses operate down to the ferry port, but check these times as more irregular and enable plenty of time to get down the steep slope area, as this gets jammed during peak time and can take up to 45 minutes to get down/up. Only 2,50 Euro which beats the 20 they will ask you at the port for a transfer up.

Buses to some places are frequent and reliable.
Buses to some places are frequent and reliable. Perhaps because it was April before the big season, there was only one bus to the new port at 2.30 pm when the boat to Paleo Kameni left at 10.00 am! The information desk is not always aware of which buses are leaving so it's wise to ask some of the drivers. We almost missed our bus to the airport because of this.

It goes to other towns and is a hub.
It goes to other towns and is a hub. Any towns north or south goes back to Fira.
You need to pay in the bus to a bus conductor NOT at information booth. Make sure you ask what bus number is your bus as you can easily miss it! Wait near that bus until it opens and a conductor / bus driver starts opening the bus and then you can enter. It leaves every half our during day time.
It cost from €1.60 - €2 one way, depending where you are going. They only take cash!

Small station for that amount of large buses pulling in, seemed abit chaotic, lots of fumes in your face. Sit back under the shade and let only one person navigate which bus to take, bus drivers normally shout out where they are going.

Absolute chaos.
Absolute chaos. Watch your wallet and stay the course - you will end up getting a bus! Always try and catch a bus at the main terminals - you will have no luck getting on the bus on in-between stops as busses are way too full in summer

Nice view with sunset view, close to city centre, aside from main tourist routes, therefore not overcrowded by tourists. Supermarket 200m away, central bus station 250m. Everything super clean, very wide and comfortable bed, good pillows.
Our suite come with modern conveniences like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a TV. We appreciated the kitchenette as there is no breakfast service, and the welcome bottle of wine added a nice touch. With easy access to the Central Bus Station and popular landmarks, we found the location ideal. Free parking was an added convenience for our stay!
Superb and just a short walk from the Central Bus Station and local attractions. The suites are beautifully designed, with a private bathroom, a comfortable bed, and modern amenities like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Strongly recommended.

Clean and comfy bed
Large pool with sun beds
Great wifi
Great breakfast
Lovely and helpful staff
Location very close to central bus station
Everything was perfect, staff, location was 5 minutes walk from the central bus station and the hustle and bustle of fira town although really quiet for sleeping, cleanliness, and transfer to the port.
We recently stayed at Kalisti Hotel, located right in the center of Fira. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the stunning caldera views and close to everything you need (restaurants, stores, central bus station etc.). The staff truly stand out for their exceptional service. They were consistently proactive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether we had questions about the hotel or needed recommendations for exploring Santorini, they were always eager to help. I would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Santorini.
Amazing staff, 10 minutes walk from downtown and the central bus station, great pool, good breakfast, nice view to the islands. We would stay here again, but next time on the pool level. Those rooms might be less noisy.
In the centre of the city, 5’ away from the central bus station, ideal for 1-2 nights -if you plan to spend the entire day on the island and you need a room just for sleeping.

The main bus station in the centre runs very regular buses to Oia (every 30 mins) up until 22:30 approximately. There are also regular buses to places such as Perissa. It is great value, only 1.60 Euros single to Oia. Beware, coming home from seeing the sunset in Oia though, the buses get very busy so choose your return wisely!
