The hotel team was incredibly helpful and always eager to assist with any needs. The entire hotel was clean and pleasant, and there is a lovely rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the view of the city. The city square is within walking distance. During the Christmas season, the entire area is beautifully illuminated, reminding me of a fairyland. I will definitely visit this place again.

The hotel is wonderful and is in an excellent location. The staff was welcoming, smiling and kind. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. I must say that I was excited to find a greeting, a bottle of wine and treats on the table on the day I celebrated my birthday. This is completely unexpected. Thank you very much.

The hotel is located quite centrally. All the major attractions are at a walkable distance. There are multiple restaurants around and the biggest Carrefour in Tbilisi is right around the corner.
The staff is welcoming and catered to our needs well. The majority of the staff understands and speaks basic English, which was helpful.
The breakfast spread was decent. The rooms were clean, neat and well equipped.
We visited during the Christmas and New Year's festive season and the entire area was decorated and there's a lovely Christmas market just outside the hotel. We loved this place a lot and even extended our stay here. We stayed at the Small Double Room as well as the King Room in the same week and each time the experience was good.

A cozy, quiet, warm hotel in the very centre, within walking distance to Rustaveli metro station. We had to work during our trip, and spent most of the time in our room, so I am immensely grateful for how comfortable it was - a working desk, a bed, lots of space for things, it was really really nice. The breakfast was always varied and delicious, and Natia is truly the kindest person. Our best experience in the city, will definitely come back again.
Location is great. Close but not too close to the Old Tbilisi. Neighborhood has lovely pubs and restaurants. Rustaveli metro station is 5min walking distance but we mostly walked to the tourist attraction points. Hosts are very nice people. Self check in opportunity was great. Fedor frequently asked about our needs and was happy to help in ways he could. He suggested easily accessible hiking routes to us. They have coffee, milk and tea in the common room for certain hours. Rooms are clean and cozy.
