The rooms were very clean and comfortable and were cleaned regularly. The breakfast consisted of a buffet of home cooked dishes which were filling and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and exciting.

Great location, near all the main attractions in the city including Piazza Square which was a five minute walk. Staff were friendly and our request for an extra bed was met without the need for a reminder which was very professional of management. The room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing. A beautiful hotel with historical charms. Centrally located in next to St. Nicholas Church and the Piazza, you are able to walk to the beach and various monuments in Batumi. If budget allows, get the room with a balcony that overlooks the city. Comfortable room and helpful staff, the breakfast is located in the building next door that is able to warm your belly before a day of excursions. Would recommend to travelers that are not looking for manmade skyscraper apartments but a place that has a boutique-y feel and personality.
Hotel is locating in old Batumi, near famous place Piazza, windows in the room were small but it has perfect view. So many Turkish restaurants next to hotel offering good breakfast. 10 minutes walk to everywhere- to the Batumi boulevard, to city center , to bus stations - from where you can go to kvariati beach, botanical garden.etc.

Excellent everything. The location in perfect , the staff is allways ready to answer and help with everything . Its quiet mostly , apart from occasional music comming from the piazza behind.
