Rooms was clean and tidy, it was surprise that towels was changed every day! Breakfast and personnel just amazing! It was my fathers birthday and I said it to administrator late at night, but when we have brakfast kitchen personnel bring to my father big tasty cake with candles and bottle of sparkling wine. I really recomended this hotel, for location, food, great rooms, wiew to old batumi and specially for personnel!!!!

The building is looking fantastically good inside and outside (but we were in the main building, the second one is not that good),
Extremely happy with our DeLuxe room (that is an important part of it - Standard rooms may bring different experience). But with our Deluxe room - with a balcony overlooking the Piazza, and a huge terrace in the inner yard - it was perfect.

Very cute little apartment in the old city. Clean and comfortable, all you need is available. Wifi is strong. The garden was a big plus. It is quiet although it is in the middle of everything. The owner is very nice.
We could park the car in front of the apartment on the street. The location is perfect to walk to the Boulevard, Ali & Nino monument, Piazza Square and Europe Square.
The location is at the heart of the city , close from beach and at the Piazza square land mark . Breakfast was great and lots of coffees and restaurants nearby. They should give more attention to cleanliness, the carpet at the corridor is smelly and dirty .

We had a room on the 10th floor and the view was spectacular.
The administrator/manager who welcomed us was super friendly, and the other administrator who helped us out when we locked the room card in a car was very helpful as well.
There was a live concert every night down on the piazza, and it was always crowded, however, we were not bothered by noise, as it stopped around 11:00.
This hotel is a part of Piazza Square, and we can enjoy the live music and the atmosphere in the room. It is better to stay square direction (inside). I had no noise issue in sleeping.
Location is so great: Piazza like couple minutes away, beach 12 minutes by walking, possible to reach all sightseeing spots by walk.

Piazza Boutique is perfectly located in Batumi(subjective), at Piazza Square, one of the sightseeing spots, so staying here means one of the sightseeing places is already ticked off. The hotel has an amazing view of the Black Sea and Batumi City. As a bonus, the rooms have two balconies. The compound has restaurants, hookahs, and even live music in the evening that goes till midnight. The rooms were really comfortable. We got a room on the 9th floor.
