Really good sized room with large bed and the most enormous TV screen I have ever see. quirky modern theme, very good staff who were really friendly and helpful. Great shower and good tea, coffee and chocolate making facilities. An easy walk into the centre. Cool bar which sadly i never got to try out

we paid £247 for one night stay which is way overpriced for a basic hotel ...the room was so small that we could not even keep our buggy in the room , when the sofa bed is out you cannot move in the room .....really not worth any money we paid .

The staff were fantastic and the hotel was lovely. Great location for York Barbican and not far to the town. We didn't use our car. We felt very looked after. The bed was super comfy and the room nice and clean. I liked the touch of a Teapot for my breakfast as I am Tea belly.
Breakfast was lovely.
Fantastic service, we would definitely recommend and return.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent-better than some I've had in more expensive hotels. The location was brilliant for the York Barbican and also close to the park & ride bus service into the city centre.
As aways, the room was spotless and had everything that we required.
The bed was very comfortable and the black-out curtains ensured a good nights sleep.
The hotel is ideally situated for functions at the York Barbican and Picadilly
Great location, friendly service and a lovely comfortable and very clean room which looked like it had been newly refurbished. Very close to the York Barbican where we were attending an event. Also just a 10 minute walk into York Centre. Would definitely stay again :-)
