The staff were amazing and accommodating. The room was comfortable and well decorated. The location was great for walking or getting transportation to anywhere in Paris. I would definitely recommend. The dining area and common areas were beautiful- lots of detail.

The staff was most amazing! The beds were comfortable. Location was great. Just missed a spacious lobby because there wasn’t a place to sit and relax after a long day.

Make sure there is not some form of function/celebration or protest. Trafalgar Square was entirely closed up & decorated for Chinese New year & I felt that took away from one of London's iconic features

The location, across from Trafalgar Square was perfect for either walking or heralding a cab to the tourist locations I was visiting. My room was well appointed with a sofa and table, chair with desk, very good closets and dry cleaning/laundry services, a well designed bathroom, and was quiet.
The concierge was very helpful with directions to the sights and post office for mailing, and the doorman went out of his way to help herald taxis.
Fabulous location - easy to get to anywhere in the city. SoHo, Oxford St shopping, theatres, Chinatown, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden all a short walk away. Apartment pretty modern and clean and kitchen very well equipped. Plenty of space for a couple. Good restaurants and great historical CAMRA pubs nearby.
I was traveling with my 2 grandchildren & daughter in law. The family suite worked beautifully for us.
Location couldn’t have been better. Close to restaurants on Southbank, London Eye. Walkable to several places, including Buckingham palace, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square. The hotel has a Illy cafe which was good for a quick bit, yogurts, breakfast sandwiches & good coffee.
Stay here for the location! Its walkable to everything we wanted to see. We had tickets to a show and it was so easy to get to the Christmas markets in Covent garden, Trafalgar square, and Westminster. Bars, restaurants and shopping are just steps away. Charring cross train station is almost across the street. The apt was very well equipped, had everything you would need for the kitchen. Large room and comfortable for the 5 of us. Bathroom was large and modern, everything was very clean!
