Amazing visit and phenomenal staff. The Roman Baths were exceptional, one experience I won't forget, the history behind the making of the baths is so impressive but to see it is worth the entire trip of a lifetime! Recommended for sure

About 15 years ago I have visited the site but now after refurbished and great
Comparing to that time much easier to learn more things and information was added much more. The Audio guide included tickets and that was great. This time very impressed ! worth paying the tickets. Definitely one of the must thing in Bath. Recommend to book online as time slot and I saw some people refused without booking on the day.

The audio-guided tour is thorough, enjoyable but a little exhausting. We took 3-4 hours to walk through. Still, it is thrilling to visit a Roman bath excavation and see the wonders of it all up front and personal. The entrance fee is substantial but how often does one get to visit such a place?

If you go towards the end of the day it is a little quieter and you get to see the baths as the sun goes down with pool lit up with fire torches. Very atmospheric in the winter months. Allow yourself at least an hour and a half!

Ideal location for our trip to see the sights of Bath we were a few minutes stroll from the town centre and the Roman Baths which had just started opening in the evenings - highly recommended there were so few people there it was like stepping back in time. The hotel is quirky and quaint with real character and has everything you need and want from an IHG hotel. Already sent the link to friends travelling to Bath soon
Superb location. A spacious, clean, and inviting room situated an easy walk away from the Roman Baths and shopping precinct.
It looked out onto an open courtyard with a lovely cafe, bench-seating and a majestic tree.
The apartment was a 7 minute walk to the carpark recommended for parking our hire vehicle at £18 per day.
The hotel is a little gem. Really cool decor with wonderful attention to detail..
Reception staff are friendly and helpful.
A short walk to the Roman Baths, great location 👌
Great location - close to all the key places we wanted to see like the Roman Baths. Hotel and room were very clean and we had all the amenities we needed. Staff were really helpful and friendly. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade and loved our stay.
Would definitely recommend to others!
This 2 bed apartment is in a great location as it is in the centre of Bath. We were 5 minutes away from the Roman Baths, Abbey and other shops. 9 minutes away from the station which was a bonus too.
Fully secure with palm recognition, a code and then a safe to collect the keys from.
The apartment was good overall and looked clean. The mattress itself was comfortable and I had a comfortable sleep.
In all, I would say our stay was very pleasant. Great location wise for access to the centre of Bath.
The location was perfect with the Roman Baths, Thermae Spa and The Royal Crescent all just a short walk away.
I felt welcomed as I arrived with my husband. We were given a discount voucher for parking which was registered in Reception.
The room was clean and beautifully presented, lovely decor and we had an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. If you forgot toiletries a notice stated that the hotel would provide complimentary items.
Usually we go for Premier Inn but we would choose Holiday Inn again.
The location was fantastic. Right next to the Roman Baths and opposite the Thermae spa. It was also easy walking distance from the train station. The apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. It provided us with a wonderful holiday haven.
The location is a 5 minute walk away from the start of the main town area. Immediately across the road from the beautiful hotel grounds is a historic park. The Roman baths and Bath Anbey are 10 mins walk from the hotel along with all the shops and restaurants in the centre of Bath. Also the lovely courtyard area in the evening provides very effective and warm outdoor heating under the seating area.
