The Grand Hotel was so welcoming for my first ever visit to Swansea. The location across from the main train station was amazing and so helpful! The staff was so, so friendly.

I didn't realize the rooms I booked wouldn't fit my toddler in with my husband and I until just before check in. The staff were gracious and allowed me to upgrade to The Georgian across the street for 30 pounds. WELL worth it to have her in my room (and not with Grandma), and the room was beautiful!

Adequate breakfast. A little more choice would be good but what we ate was good.
