Beautifully done up in a great location well recommend this place and they were super good. We got to requirements as as I am a coeliac gluten-free.
They could not be nicer, spotlessly clean wonderful service and their young assistant. Harvey was exceptional welcoming us to our room. We love the menu, which was Easter and west food choices

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Perfect location for the train station and SnowDome. Kitchen appliances, cutleries and utensils were sparkling clean and so we bought a lot of fruit and snacks and had a wonderful family weekend there. What a nice surprise!
Great location for the snowdome which we were visiting. Close to shops and a reasonable pub a short walk away. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy bed, and a good, hot shower. A nice property in a good location offering excellent value for money.

The Christmas tree for our stay in December was a lovely touch. Close to the Snowdome and shopping
it was ideal for us to meet up with my wife family and visiting old places that my wife could recommend from her childhood.
but it also not far from all local shops snowdome and out of town shopping centre also not far from Drayton manor .
the property is well equipped all you could need for a stay.
I quite like this hotel, its' convenient for my work at The Snowdome. Some of the rougher, more rowdy locals and "working men" come here so it might not be everyone's cup of tea.
Solid Holiday Inn experience. The location to the Snowdome was perfect and actually the hotel/Snowdome share the same car park, so no moving the car on our check out day.
Easy walk into the town through a park - which was very dark on the way back after dinner.
The Hotel was convenient location and if I had spent more time would have explored the lake and perhaps made use of the snowdome next door which I wasn't aware of.
