The hotel is charming. The staff were very friendly. We liked that it had both a bar and the dining veranda. The food is exceptional. We really enjoyed the breakfast included in the price of the room. It's not too far to walk to the beachfront area. I noticed it is also very accommodating for people with walking disabilities.

Cliff Hotel, hotel in Great Yarmouth

Overlooking Gorleston’s sandy beach, the newly refurbished Cliff Hotel features an elegant restaurant, garden terrace and free WiFi. Great Yarmouth is a 10-minute drive away.

My great grandfather owned the hotel before and into WWII so I was interested to stay there. They’ve updated it some, but it still feels kind of old-timey and charming. The restaurant is good, and there’s a large outdoor area for patio dining that overlooks the North Sea, which is really nice.
