Hello! We were staying at the hotel and left two hours ago. I would like to ask how the hotel could be helping me because, today when picking up our bags, one of them broke in the hands of an employee, who patched it up with tape, which helped to a certain extent. The problem is that the handle was stuck halfway and will no longer open, making it extremely difficult for us to transport it, as we are still traveling and will be carrying it to Brazil. We have just arrived in Bristol and coming here through the streets carrying our bags like that was a horrible experience. How can you help us?
