Always my first choice when in London due to reliability. Location is fab. Bayswater and Queensway tube stations are just a short walk, connecting you to anywhere in the city. Breakfast is good and complimentary bottled water is much appreciated.
I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the beautifully refurbished room. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything was in good working order. The TV worked perfectly. Very conveniently located, short walking distance from both Queensway and Baywater tube stations. 2 mins walking distance from a lively street with supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and all amenities. Super close to Kensington park.
Stayed with my wife and son, it’s great place for family close to everything restaurants (Indian, Chinese, Turkish, Mexican, Italian all just at door steps, supermarkets, Bayswater and Queensway tube stations just mins walk .

Excellent location in zone 1 central London near 2 Tube stops (Queensway - Central Line, and Bayswater - Circle/District Line) Check in & check out was seamless. Studio room was spotless with comfortable bed and a window into the inner corridor which helped cool down the room. Shower was good with consistent hot water and pressure. Fairly quiet despite room being near reception.
We stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Nara (or Nora—I can’t quite recall her name), who was a huge help when we had an issue with our room. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, which we truly appreciated.
Also the location of the hotel is great. Is near Bayswater and Queensway station.
