We booked a treat as have two birthdays in December. My husband, me and my son stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the reserve.
Customer service was really good and the room we had was just lovely, very clean and the most amazing bath that you could lie down in - a bonus for tall people!
We had breakfast included as part of our package and it was delicious.
As part of the stay, we had entry to the reserve on the day of check in and also on the day of check out - you could choose Howlett's if you wanted instead - the use of a golf buggy during our stay and an included safari ride.
We took advantage of the black Friday deal and got up close and personal to a rather gorgeous rhino - the keeper was so knowledgeable and friendly and clearly enjoyed his interaction with the animals.
All in all an amazing experience and we would love to go back.

The staff were great and very accommodating. The food in the restaurant was really good with really pleasant staff there too. Great facilities.

Very short notice booking as it was pouring with rain and I was supposed to be camping. Jamie was unfazed by a soaking wet cyclist and he had secure undercover parking for my bike. Highly recommended.
