The hotel was a nice place to stay. I had no problems with anything except that the room entry system requires two hands-- one to hold the key in place and the other to turn the knob. Was just a little bit cumbersome. It was very close to the major bus station and that was a big help. I really enjoyed the downstairs lounge area-- it was a cozy place to hang out and was decorated beautifully for the holidays.

The bed was comfy enough, TV good and bathroom fine. I felt quite cold and couldn't get the AC working properly.
