We highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast hotel, it was perfect.

We had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Christchurch and the staff as always were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, although there was some confusion around what was included in the booking price.

Stayed here before all the food has been very good

Staff, accomodation and restaurant were excellent.
Situated on Southbourne clifftop and opposite a sandy Blue Flag beach, The Spyglass & Kettle by Greene King Inns is only a 10-minute drive from Bournemouth city centre and features free on-site...
The area is great to get around, food and drink is good priced.
It was so cute. The place was clean and tidy. Was idea for a few nights away. The owner was friendly. Very quiet on the evenings.
Good locations for shops, takeaway and close to Mudeford Quay and Avon beach
The location was excellent and the hosts were super helpful and friendly. Everything you need for a little seaside escape. A quiet residential area yet only a short walk to lovely restaurants and Mudeford Quay. The room was inviting and had a very comfy bed. The bathroom was large, had a great shower and everything was very clean. Nice to have a little fridge and kettle too. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Great location by Mudeford Quay, 50 yards to the beach and then on to the Quay (cafe, ferry to sandbank opposite). Very historic building and nicely refurbished apartments. Coffee pods provided
Inside of the flat was immaculate, fitted out to an exceptionally high standard and really comfortable. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Bedroom large with very comfortable bed. Good wifi and connections, 2 very modern tvs. Nicely laid out garden. Host was very active in communicating with me to ensure I could get in, where to park etc. I was at a sailing event at Mudeford Quay, apartment was 5 minutes drive or 25 minutes' walk away.
This was our second visit to the hotel. The food is superb and they make the BEST “Bloody Mary!”
It is set in an ideal location, peaceful and within walking distance to Christchurch centre, and Mudeford Quay
Dog-friendly crash pad. Host most welcoming. This is a private house that clearly caters for young international linguists. Room had what you need, including a microwave and a baby fridge. Decent TV and good wifi. With no car the cut through to Mudeford Quay wasn't too far. The local Sandpiper Inn has everything food and drink-wise (and the cashback you'll need for the ferry which is cash only). The ferry over to Mudeford Sandbank is just £2.50 pp e/w 10.00-17.00 from 1st April and is a fabulous day out.
The hotel is in a lovely location with a short walk to Mudeford Quay. Easy drive or bus to Christchurch. The Jetty restaurant was exceptionally good - fabulous service, food and drink. The Spa treatment was one of the best I've had.
Breakfast - service and quality of the food very good. Room - the decor was stylish and the bed very comfortable. Dinner - delicious, wine a little pricey, but good quality. Staff - attentive and friendly. Outside seating and dining area - very welcome, especially as our stay was during record temperatures. Overall, it was a great place for a lovely break in the New Forest area, nice and near to Christchurch, Avon Beach and Mudeford Quay.
