The hotel's location is really ideal if you're driving in to London and need somewhere easily accessible. There is no parking though so you need to sort that out a different way. The design features of the hotel were pretty and aesthetically pleasing.

On the booking.com form it said breakfast was included in the price. We ended up having to pay for breakfast, which was a real disappointment for the price.

I'll keep this short and sweet as we were only there for 1 night -
1) I liked the fact that this had all the facilities in the pool area as in Jacuzzi / Steam Room / Sauna BUT there was a downside to this to which I'll comment on in the next section
2) We stayed in the bar area and had cocktails plus ordered food from the bar menu to which the food was very nice even though there wasn't a lot to choose from
3) The buffet breakfast was also very nice and hot 👌

A fab little hotel in a quiet location near Kew Gardens very close to the station. Cosy rooms and a lovely pub and restaurant. Great to have plenty of original features preserved in the building. Very friendly service and great breakfast.
Adorable hotel within easy walking distance of the Kew rail station and Kew gardens. Room was comfy. The restaurant and bar downstairs was perfect place for a morning breakfast or evening dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Comfortable Apartment in a beautiful location close to Kew Gardens. Apartment is very clean with fully equipped Kitchen and spotless Bathroom/Shower. We stocked up the fridge from the nearby Health Food Shop and there is also a Tesco nearby. We had a lovely evening in "Tap on the Line" at the Kew Gardens Train Station. Also great location to get to Richmond (one Train Stop away). Super 2 night stay for myself an my wife and we would highly recommend.
Loved the breakfasts. The full English was great but I also enjoyed very much the Vegan pancakes with maple syrup, yoghurt and blueberries. The room was spacious with a view of the street, The location is great so close to Kew Gardens tube station, Kew Gardens themselves and the National Archives. Being so handy to the tube it was easy to get into central London.
I had fish and chips (very good) at the hotel but there are lots of good restaurants close at hand,
A special word about the staff who were very friendly and easy to talk to.
We loved the location, perfect for our visit to Kew Gardens.
Staff were lovely & friendly.
We had breakfast which was good value for money & had a vegan option.
Our room was a lovely size with a nice bathroom.
The hotel was a little tired but that did not spoil our stay, that is usually to be expected in older places & we loved the style of the building.
The surrounding roads, shops & eating places were lovely.
The hotel is located at walking distance of the Underground train station and Kew Gardens which is very convenient. There are several restaurants nearby.
First night in England and had a great night's sleep on a cozy bed. Good sized bathroom with a hot shower once I worked out how to get the hot water! Liked that I could open the windows. Loved being in Kew Gardens - lovely neighbourhood and the Kew Gardens Hotel was SO close to the cafes and the train station
Great contact with the owner. Perfect location for visiting Kew Gardens. Parking in front of the hotel was great. Nice, cosy rooms. Convenient late check in procedure.
We didn't actually use this facility but there was a good varied menu available. We received complimentary tea and delicious scones on arrival. Location for Kew Gardens was perfect, within short walk to choice of two entrances. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with the added benefit of off road parking right outside (may be dependent on apartment selection). Excellent hospitality and service by host and staff. Would recommend.
Communication with Neil was excellent. The apartment was spotless and in a terrific location, five minute walk to train station, village shops, restaurants and the bonus of Kew Gardens. We had our washing and drying done at the premises next door, also fabulous
