Walking in the door I was greated by lovely staff. The walked me through the self check-in and explained where my room was after walking me to the hall doorway.
They were patient with me on the self service check-in as I was new to it but it didn't phase them.
The room was lovely, just what was needed.
The bed was PERFECT! Big, comfy and so warm with proper pillows. In the room was extra appliances like ironing board, hairdryer...
The room was clean, warm and room door is kitted with a double lock.

Nice to have a view over the Paula Radcliffe stadium.
Also managed to get a parking space right outside, but there only a few spaces

I arrived late in the evening. Someone was waiting for me and led me to my room waiting for me while I parked in the car park. Which had plenty of space.
The place was an old building with allot of decoration and bright deep colours. I would normally find that overwhelming. Yet it felt just right. It made me the place looks eclectic and comfortable. Just the right amount of comfortable and things to look at.
It was a very warm evening. A fan was provided without having to ask.
I would stay again.

Super friendly staff, great location right on campus, excellent breakfast and rooms were very spacious and clean. Good coffee too. Ideal to visit Loughborough university.
Short walk from Loughborough University. The area is really walkable and not far from restaurants and bars. The unit itself is really well decorated. I loved the decor and how unique it was. Bed was comfortable and the space was extremely cute. The shared kitchen has everything you need. The area is quiet as well. Staff was wonderful with communication, would recommend to all.
Very spacious, clean rooms with a sizable table for work. Eduroam WiFi from Loughborough University was available for late-night reading of scientific papers. Rooms were quiet and had a nice selection of teas/coffee/hot cocoa.
Staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Accessible room for my Mother was perfect. Attending a Graduation ceremony at Loughborough University so the location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Surpassed expectations.
