Location and the welcome we got on arrival. Bus stop outside to go into town to start our walk up snowdonia, the breakfast was hot and delicious.

The hot tub, although the heat dropped on the second day, but we did not let that spoil our stay, it was still enjoyable
We booked 3 nights but in 2 separate bookings in different room types. The staff is very helpful and quickly find a room that we can stay until check out so we don't have to change the room. The breakfast is good and delicious. Just few minutes walk to Snowdan mountain railway, starting point for the Snowdan path and Llanberis Lake railway station. 5 mins drive / 20 mins walk to the high street. The SPAR store opened until 11pm and all you can get there.
This is a 3 bedroom house rental, 2 double beds and 1 single.
Perfect location for walking to many tourist sites such as the Snowdon Mountain Railway, Llanberis Lake Railway, National Slate Museum etc.
Only 20 minutes from Caernarfon and Bangor with their castles leisure piers and an easy drive to many other places for days out.
Plenty of takeaways,restaurants, pubs etc nearby.
Nice freshly cooked breakfast, Friendly owners, comfortable room, with a fairly good view, good location very close to Snowdon mountain railway, start of the Miners track to the summit, Llanberis lake railway and Llyn Padarn, and well located for the shops and restaurants on the high street.
