The location was excellent for sightseeing and shopping. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Lovely products in the bathroom. There was building work around the hotel, but when the windows were closed, you could not hear any construction noise. Excellent choice at breakfast. Lovely coffee. We shall

I was born in Liverpool but I haven't visited in a long time. Liverpool one is a fantastic development with excellent shopping opportunities. Liverpool is now a first class city rather than the run down place that I left 40 years ago.

Excellent shops, mixture of quirky and main brands, it covered a big area with lots of good places to eat on top, we eat at Zizzi which was excellent Italian. We loved Lewis's and Debenhams, lots of good coffee shops and Lego shop, Disney shop, bought clothes and makeup and did some Christmas shopping! Can't wait to return you will get everything you need

This little apartment was spotless clean and the central location with in Liverpool and so close to Liverpool one .
The only negative could not watch TV when it rained but we weren't there to watch TV. Little noise at night but we are in the city center what would you expect..would i use this company again..Yes i will do in the future..
The location is what makes the property great. Easy access regardless how you are coming to L'pool. There is a supermarket just around the corner; convenient Long Stay car park 3 minutes walking; and very close to the Docks and Liverpool One and highstreet. The apartment has security doors, so pretty safe! I will definitely come back if available.

Location is ideal as Duke Street is often quiet at night but also not far at all from Liverpool One and Concert square, about a 10 minute walk to each location. Hotel rooms are clean and modern.
The Resident is in a superb location - very near Liverpool One shopping center, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. And my wife said the bed was most comfortable she'd ever slept in at a hotel!
Pretty big room, and reasonably sized bathroom. Very good wifi service. Rather minimal (but considering the price, totally acceptable) service. The hotel is in a very central location, just off the Strand and 5 minutes away from the Liverpool One shopping mall.
