Location was perfect as going to an event in Hertford. Room was lovely. Nicely decorated. Well equipped. Lovely modern bathroom. Nice to have air-con. Lovely comfy extra large bed. Slept like a baby.
Bar was nice and we had lunch there. Mrs had the Caesar Salad and said was good & good size portion that she couldn't finish it. I had a BLT. Was really good and plenty of bacon inside.
Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice & of a high standard.
I always compare the scrambled eggs anywhere I stay to the ones I have in The Hilton Hotel chain. Soft, fluffy and creamy - and they were spot on - lovely and creamy and not just a solid lump like a lot of places!
Staff were all lovely and attentive. Can't really fault anything.
Free car park was a bonus compared to a lot of places these days.

The whole property was absolutely gorgeous. They had everything you could, or would need. I woke up on the day I was meant to check out feeling really unwell so the team allowed me to check out later when I felt better. The reception team could not do enough for you.

Wonderful staff. From our initial greeting on arrival, all staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.

It’s a modern and spacious property, located right next to Hatfield house. We were attending a wedding there, so it was the perfect location for us.
There’s everything that you could possibly need from a weekend away - fully stocked up kitchen with modern appliances (Bosch mainly), iron and iron board, two tv’s, lovely garden outside for a nice break, fast wifi, even an Alexa device! I honestly can’t fault it
The breakfast could have been a bit better. It was a buffet style.
The location was good for where we wanted to go the next day which was Hatfield house. Not too close to the main road.
We stayed here for our wedding at Hatfield House which is 5 minutes away. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to visit Hatfield. The hotel itself is modern and had everything we could have expected for our wedding weekend, the bar is perfect for a little night before bevvy, and the staff were able to handle the big crowd that turned up to celebrate with us.
