Room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts (especially the homemade granola and compote!) were delicious. The grounds were lovely, we would have liked to have spent more time there. Our treatments at the spa were very nice! It was our honeymoon, and the staff spent a little extra time to fold our towels into swans, which made us smile.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Gave us a cream tea just after we arrived. The hotel is quite a walk up the hill but worth it for the views and quiet. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were delicious and you could tell were made with quality produce. I even got to swim in the pool .

I felt that older people have to be warned about the amount of walking involved in a visit to the Eden Project. Even getting to the main entrance from the car park is quite a distance. As it was a particularly hot day, we were exhausted and I explained that I could not walk back to the car park as my feet were sore. So, to our relief a lovely young girl came to our rescue and drove us in a buggy back to the car.

We loved the Eden project, it was so interesting.
We loved the Eden project, it was so interesting. Allow plenty of time to saunter and wear something light and cool especially on a sunny day. In the tropical biome there is a water fountain where you can fill a bottle of water and a cool room half way up.

I go every time I visit Cornwall.
I go every time I visit Cornwall. It is a stunning place to immerse yourself in. So much beauty, incredible planting, views, learning opportunities and activities. The Food Area is fantastic with a wide range of delicious food to chose from. The Biomes are stunning, you need to dress to accommodate the high temperatures inside & fully enjoy the totally immersive experience of the Rainforest & Mediterranean. I always go on the train, there is a shuttle bus to Eden from there & back but there are extensive carparks ranged round the site.Definitely an experience not to be missed!

Palm view apartment is absolutely lush! The beds are like sleeping on a fluffy marshmallows! Comfiest we’ve ever slept in! The kitchen is well equipped with all the bits that are annoying to buy for a few nights such as kitchen roll, tin foil, washing up liquid etc. there’s even a spice rack!
Brilliant location, able to walk into town (if you don’t mind hills!) with beaches, Eden project, Bodmin Jail and Newquay Zoo all within a 30 min drive. Charleston harbour nearby was lovely!
Beautifully presented, clean rooms, well situated very close to Mevagissey, Eden Project and Lost gardens of Heligan. Lovely gardens. Quiet and comfortable. Very well thought out apartments with all amenities required for a self catering stay.
5 minute walk from the station, we arrived late and a key was left in a safe box. Wide variety of breakfast choices which were all tasty. Room was large with a great bathroom and extra facilities were situated in the common areas of the hotel which was convenient for 3 people sharing 1 room. We were attending an event at The Eden Project which can be reached by bus which went from the train station, so very close.
Excellent base for exploring the area and ideally located for the Eden Project which we visited twice. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and well appointed. The beds were so comfy.
Our hosts were very helpful - throughout the booking process and upon our arrival. :-)
The apartment was beautifully decorated and a lot of thought has obviously been put into it. It was very comfortable and a 10/12 minute drive to the Eden Project.
A wonderful boutique hotel, imaginatively and quirkily decorated and set in extensive and lovely grounds. The owners could not have worked harder to ensure that every need was met. Food excellent. Location very good for The Eden Project
The apartment was amazing, it had lovely views and was very spacious it was decorated lovely and very clean, it was nice that we had our own parking space.
It was in a good location to go to the Eden project and the Garden of Heligans. I would definitely recommend this property
Beautiful apartment, well furnished and equipped for our stay and spotlessly clean. Lots of thoughtful touches such as milk, tea, coffee, wash up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc got us off to a good start. Lovely far reaching views, a nice place to spend time. Very close to the Eden Project. Communication from hosts generally very prompt, a small issue was resolved quickly.
I was really glad to stay in the very charming town of Charlestown. I travelled with my niece. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from. As tourists we found the locals to be friendly. The cottage was perfect, it gave us the opportunity for some space which is why I choose it over a hotel / b&b. Our main reason to travel to Charlestown was it's proximity to the Eden Project.
Bedroom very comfortable, bedroom and bathroom very clean. We dont usually stay in hotels that are dog friendly, but did so as were looking for somewhere close to Eden Project. Wasn't a problem as hotel exceptionally clean and dogs in restaurant first night weren't a problem, none there the second. Lovely garden and short walk to old chapel through garden.
Staff very friendly and helpful
