All the staff were excellent. Especially the young man that took care of us on the bar on Tuesday night 6th Aug. Fabulous service from him. He was working the bar and serving food and was very professional. Hotel was beautifully clean. Good food from the attached restaurant Bella Italia. Excellent breakfast. Good facilities in the room.

I've booked this hotel but got the message on the day i'm traveling to find another hotel because the room is not available. Well they have shared the good option. But i really look forward to staying here. Also it was super last minute. What about i can't find the nice hotel in that night.

Location is excellent. The waterfront conversion from what used to be the old station platform is really good. Great options for different food and drink down there.
Parking was easy, though has a daily charge on top of your room cost.

The hotel was clean and the swimming pool was lovely.
Host was very friendly and accommodating. Very close proximity to Dover Priory Station and Dover main area. . Will definitely consider staying here again.
Absolutely lovely room! Great location across from Dover Priory station and a good pub with live music on Saturday night. It's all self check-in which had me a bit nervous, but was so easy and smooth. Felt very secure and it was very quiet. Bed was comfy, great space for a single room. Had kettle in room with teas and biscuit. Also had accessible and super useful £1 luggage locker for before or after check-in/out!
Room/whole place was really clean, staff were very friendly and helpful.. lovely people. I felt very safe and welcome. 7 min walk from Dover Priory Station, 20 walk to the beach, 30 min walk to Dover Castle.. very convenient spot.
