The staff were very helpful, and there were good options for breakfast, something for everyone, even options for people with food allergies. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and there was plentiful hot water. The location was very near a DLR train station so easy to get to places with good connection to the Canary Wharf shopping centre, the Docklands, and London Tower and Tower Bridge.
If you are a visitor to the Docklands area or Excel, this Hotel is perfect. There is not really anything else happening in this area, and you are way out of London.,
