The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were so kind and looked after every request we had. The location is perfect in the middle of the promenade with everything in close proximity. The room was spotless and very well catered. Will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in the Isle of Man.

Location was fab and views from the property were delightful, beds were extremely comfortable. Overall property size and layout were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visit to IOM, shops within walking distance. Lots to do with children, Castle Rushen worth a visit. Overall I would recommend this property and we would like to return at some point.
The hotel had a central location overlooking Castle Rushen and offered free parking to visitors. There was a large eating area in the bar, the food was nice and was clean and tidy.
