Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were attentive and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the Babylon room which was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay.

This was a picturesque, old world hotel, with period quirks. It was warm, comfortable and atmospheric. There were crumpets for breakfast and it could not be better situated for those wishing to visit the Birmingham Oratory. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
