We stayed here for 2 nights, and even though it was short, we had an excellent stay. I don't often give 10/10 ratings, but this hotel did everything right. Immediately upon arrival, we felt welcomed, the Valets were very professional, and it was a pleasure to talk to them. They were also very careful and respectful with my car. At the reception, the person who checked us in guided us straight to our room and explained everything in detail. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff at every level and in every facility of the hotel was simply excellent. This is quite a rare thing to experience these days. So hats off to the staff!
I also want to add a special note that the day we arrived was my wife's birthday and even days before our check in, the concierge staff were extremely helpful in setting up a little surprise arrangement in the room on the day of our arrival. They set up everything exactly as i had requested! So I would like to give a special thanks to all the staff members who helped me organize that!
The room we stayed in was spacious with high ceilings, the bed was very comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of the Rhone River. The room has a modern minimalist style, which i liked very much.
The breakfast was great with a lot of options in the buffet, as well as a la carte. The food was excellent.
The hotel is located very centrally and most landmarks and sights are walkable from the hotel.
Lastly, all things considered, i felt this hotel was excellent value. The price we paid was very competitive and is absolutely worth every penny. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Lyon.

Though the room décor is somewhat minimalist, it was spacious and comfortable. The staff was excellent and helpful. We chose the hotel based on its location at Part Deux as we used it for a base for day trips out of Lyon, but with the Metro station nearby, Presqu'ile was easily accessible.

It looked better in real life than the photos. This was extra great because we were switching hotels after the opposite just happened at another hotel. The staff was very nice and did everything to help us. It’s located in a relatively quiet area near the river. Our room had a peaceful balcony that overlooked said river and it was very relaxing.
After a long day of travel to get there, it was a nice clean room to settle into. We asked for extra towels and by the time we were walking up to our room, a staff member was there handing us towels.

This is one of the most fabulous museums for eclectic collections in France. Lyon is so under-rated! The dinner cruise we took inspired us to visit many areas we were not familiar with and I highly recommend doing this at the beginning of a visit to Lyon. Super ambience, great food and three hours of fine dining.
