The family room works for a trip to La Clusaz. the location is great, a little drive out of La Clusaz with fabulous views and not far up to the Col du Aravis. The only thing to think about is that the photos are a little misleading and the childrens beds are up very steep stairs, it is fine mostly though. The restaurant on the sign is now closed, they have a sister restaurant up the road though. We had stayed expecting the restaurant to be open in the evenings but we didn't need it, there are loads of places around. the swimming pool is great.
Hôtel La Montagne is located in La Clusaz, 150 metres away from the ski runs. It offers chalet-style accomodation with free Wi-Fi and a panoramic view of the Aravis mountains.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to my lack of French speaking ability. The hotel was cosy, calm and comfortable. The room was very clean and although it was on the smaller side it was plenty big enough for 2 large suit cases and carry on luggage.
I would definitely stay here again.
