Paid for the night but but slept in a service area our Sixt rental car’s transmission went out in Italy and we had to take a taxi to Milan airport and get another car😭

Great design through out hotel. Comfortable large bed. Separate closet space, excellent amenities. Breakfast was varied with gourmet quality. All staff was kind and helpful, Vlad especially went out of his way to help.
