A converted convent high on the hill with lovely views of Lyon. The hotel has been modernised magnificently whilst also maintaining some of the original architecture. Rooms are beautifully appointed. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and always ready to provide advice when asked. We upgraded to the Medici suite and it was worth the extra Euros.

We booked a triple room
with a balcony and the room was incredible. The size of the room and balcony was spacious and looked out to a gorgeous green garden. They have thought of everything in the design and amenities. The bathroom has an enormous shower, separate toilet and a bath. The staff were amazing, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Location is right near the cathedral and a short walk down hill to old town.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in! The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Eloise, who went out of her way to assist us every day. The hotel’s exterior doesn't do justice to its clean, modern, and stylish interior. Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with fantastic views of the city. Being right next to the Westfield shopping center, with hundreds of shops and plenty of dining options, made the location perfect. When we return to Lyon, this will definitely be our go-to spot!

The location is excellent (it's about a 20-minute walk from Lyon's Part-Dieu Train Station) and provides easy access to the city's attractions. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed Lyon's Museum of Fine Arts and the cathedral. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find the supermarkets open on Sunday.
We were surprised that we had a portable AC in our room. Without this, the temperature would be unbearable. In addition, the room and the bathroom was very spacious and it had all of the necessary amenities. Lastly, the location was very close to the Part-Dieu train station.
