The entire property was stunning and the staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant. We particularly enjoyed afternoon tea on the terrace.

The Hotel is well maintained, with good facilities and quality items, however, the Hotel's general services are terrible. Staff very poorly prepared and trained, room cleaning service didn't happen, they didn't even supply water daily, also the maids didn't prepare the rooms before we went to sleep. There was no air conditioning initially and they only turned it on after we complained.
Anyway, although the Hotel is very beautiful, with a good location and good facilities, the experience was not pleasant and complete, as it could have been.
Centrally located in Aix-en-Provence, Hotel Paul is only 492 feet from the Spa, the Palais des Festivals and the historical part of the city. It features a garden with a terrace area.

Beautiful old building with fabulous architecture and history. Centrally located with loads of cafes, restaurants and the market (which changes daily) all close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose the breakfast option and were not disappointed, the breakfast area was well decorated and stylish.
