Very clean with a good vibe. Amazing location in terms of right on the port so near boats, metro, tram and all essential travel. Loads of restaurants and bars all within a 10 min walk. With lots of high quality spots too not just tourist traps. Also walkable distance for the forts, museum and very near the mini train cart which can take you to notre Dam de la garde. Also walkable distance to
Le panier and other good districts. The staff in particular one of the managers who was a gentleman mainly at reception (the guy to go to for recommendations!) and the cleaning staff were amazing too. They very quickly learned we needed a third large towel and after two days was leaving this without being requested. very good attention to detail! We didn’t have breakfast due to our plans but it always smelt amazing and you could see the chefs working hard in the kitchen but looking like they were having a good time doing so.
