Despite my late arrival the staff were really pleasant and attentive. The room was quiet and comfortable. I liked the open breakfast room and the breakfast was of very good quality.

The parking was okay, the room was great, the breakfast was good but the staff were exceptional: the staff on the night we arrived and those on the morning of our departure could not have been more helpful. I am particularly grateful to the woman at the desk who kindly volunteered to post two letters for us when we had to leave in a hurry to catch our Eurotunnel train.
