Before arriving I had some concerns about the distance between public parking spaces at Baluarte and the hotel but when we arrived we were offered a newly acquired space in an adjacent underground car park which was perfect. The room was not big but everything about it was spotless, well designed and implemented. We hadn't booked breakfast but did have a coffee and croissant in the little hotel cafe, both were very good.

All is new in the room and bathroom. The quality of bedding and towels is top. Right size of rooms and hotel. It is locates close to CUN, UNAV and colegio mayor LARRAONA. University atmosphere around and at walking distance from the center or if you don’t like walking, very good bus service. Surrounded by many gardens to go jogging.
