Great view. It is a popular meeting place, can get crowded. Looking over the wall one sees a bar with a terrace view and a cold beer...Yes! On the way down go via the Plaza Carvajales for another good view.

Go there in the morning when it is not crowded for superb...
Go there in the morning when it is not crowded for superb views of Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada mountains. But the sun will be in your face and it's not great for photography. Still, it is better to enjoy the place without crowds. Sunset provides superb opportunity for taking photos of the sunlit Alhambra but you will be competing for a spot on the parapet with a million other people. Even in February!
