We were on breakaway from our main holiday, the quality and the value were so high , I thought I was in the wrong hotel when I went to checked in, There bar and restuarant had buckets of atmosphere and the public areas were clean , expectations exceeded bigtime

Cozy and beautiful apartment, equipped with what we needed. Great location in the historic center, near to bus stops to go to Alhambra and 10 mins walking to the Plaza Nueva. Self check-in process was smooth and easy. Staff were really nice and helpful, they also stored our baggage after our check-out, so we could go to Alhambra without any worries. Overall a nice experience for us and would definitely recommend it.
This place was perfect for me! Great location; only a 10ish walk to Plaza Nueva. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very nicely decorated. The noise at night was minimal. And last but not least, the host was incredible! She was very accommodating to my special travel times and was prompt and detailed in her responses. I could not recommend this place enough. Truly a gem!
We loved our 2-day stay in Granada. The apartment is beautifully equipped and decorated. We had an early train ride at 7am. The apartment is only 1 min walk from Plaza Nueva, which has a taxi station. So we had a very easy time checking out and getting a taxi to the train station when we departed.
The staff was incredibly helpful with anything you asked! Having an apartment to ourselves was lovely. We had no idea that we would be able to have the Semana Santa procession go right by our window! Amazing experience! Once in a lifetime cultural experience! Also, flamenco at Casa Ana was very close to hotel where sangria and performances were excellent and reasonable. Easy walk to Plaza Nueva and cathedral. Easter week in Granada is amazing! Alhambra Tour from a Different Perspective is also top notch and a bucket list experience!
I liked absolutely everything. The place is better than the pictures. The staff is fantastic. The place is located right on Plaza Nueva, which is a center of Granada. The interior is completely renovated, inclusive of thick, sound-proof windows to block out happenings in the plaza below. The view from my huge windows was gorgeous. I could not have asked for anything better.
A perfect location: just next to Plaza Nueva and Gran Via. Walking distance to all the tourist's places. Shops, restaurants, coffee shops, market, bus stops, taxi stands - all there. The apartment is on the 5th floor, so there is no noise from the street. A remarkable view from the balcony: mountains on the horizon, the Alhambra, and the city center. The apartment is well maintained and clean. All appliances in working conditions.
Excellent location right on beautiful Plaza Nueva in the heart of Granada. Lots of restaurants and nightlife in the narrow streets surrounding the hotel. We stayed in a spacious family room on top floor and felt like in our own private apartment. Several good restaurants and a convenient taxi stand can be found right outside the hotel. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Compared to other hotels in Granada the hotel offers great value for your money.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with two showers - so that two couples can stay in this apartment and don't be on each other way. Good kitchen. The location is next to the Plaza Nueva - a lot of good places to eat. Less than 10 minutes walk from Alhambra and Cathedral, about 15 minutes walk to Albaicin miradores. The host meets us in person to handle the keys. Later he was responsive and helpful when we used the washing machine and were not sure about some of its functionalities.
The location was unbeatable - view of the Alhambra was breathtaking overlooking the Plaza Nueva area. The apartment was pristing - new, extremely clean, and well maintained. Could not have been nicer.
