A modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a very good location. Breakfast wasn't included but reasonable value for a nice buffet breakfast. The dining area although very pleasant, a bit basic and limited but adequate for a chilled stay-in dinner.

It’s a very original hotel! The modern design of the hotel is unexpectedly impressive when you enter from the narrow street of the Old town. It is very original that each room has a small separate room with a sofa and a hammock, in which you can retire and relax or, conversely, work quietly. The room is clean, there is everything you need, including slippers and bathrobes. The room is very quiet and has the most original view from the window that I have ever seen.) The hotel staff is great. Service is excellent and attitude to the customer is perfect . We needed a good Internet connection for a teleconference, and there were problems with regular Wi-Fi. The manager at the reception resolved this issue very quickly. By the way, the hotel offers its guests unlimited Internet even outside the hotel via a hotspot. An interesting feature is that drinks and snacks are free for hotel guests in the lobby. On the 6th floor there is a beautiful terrace where you can sit comfortably in the evening. The original thing is that the terrace bar is self-service. All that you have drunk, you write down on your own account to your room. In my opinion, in such a bar concept, the hotel management seems to say that they trust their guests. And it is very pleasant.

20 mins away from Fira Gran Via centre on foot, no hassle to use metro or taxi. Metro station 5-10 mins away. Helpful staff. Functional room, all amenities included. Coffee and ironing facilities provided. No breakfast provided but plenty of choice in nearby coffee shops.
The location is good if you want to be near the Fira Gran Via. Lots of public transport nearby. Clean rooms and comfy bed although the pillows could be better.

Excellent location - short walk from the Fira Gran Via conference centre and very close to a nice shopping mall. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend to others.
I couldn't enter the building at first because I was given the wrong code number for the door, but I was able to contact someone quickly who helped resolve the issue. Everything else was faultless though.
The place to stay if you are working at Fira Gran Via. Everything at the hotel is top level: room size, courtesy kits, comfortable beds, etc. Plus, reaching the swimming pool on the rooftop after a long day at a tradeshow is the cherry on the cake. I could not use the gym and spa due to limited time, but I can imagine they are up to the same level.
Very good apartment with plenty of room and good standard. Location is excellent metro round the corner and 15 minutes walk to Fira Gran Via Expo, where I attended Mobile World Congress. pretty close to the apartment there is a bakery and shops with everything you need if you buy food for yourself.
