In my opinion, location was good: next to the Castle of Santa Barbara but just outside of the busy city centre - still in walking distance of the bus station. Connection with airport was easy by bus.
Also a very good connection for the rest of my trip (I went on to Dénia).

Very large room. Exceptionally large bed. Spacious bathroom. Friendly staff. Delicious and varied breakfast. Real scrambled eggs, bacon, juices, a wide selection of cheese and ham, fruits and pastries. Very convenient parking, albeit at an extra cost, but worth it.

My daughter loved the buffet breakfast which offered plenty of choice, particularly for those with a sweet tooth. The bed was very comfortable. The view was good, particularly from my son's room. The location was good, both for public transport to the airport (C6) and the station. Shout out to the bar man, the breakfast staff and house maids who were all friendly, smiley and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on the final day which was very helpful, as was the 1 euro towel hire, although I'm still awaiting the return of my deposit!

The location on the plaza is great, surrounded by lovely buildings and with great views of the Santa Barbara castle. The plaza is an administrative centre and there is always something going on so you get some of the buzz of a city break while only minutes from the marina, beach and promenade. Staff are very helpful and friendly, everything is very clean and well maintained.
The location of the apartments is superb, and if like us, you book flat No 4 you will have access to a lovely large terrace with a hot tub, a sea view, and also a view of Santa Barbara castle which is spectacular. It was easy to communicate with Alain and to get access to the property for our late arrival. Beautifully decorated and functional apartment, close to the best parts of Alicante, the beach, the old town, the castle, and the Art museum. We had a great time in Alicante thanks to this apartment:) We would definitely stay here again!
It was clean and quite comfortable. Enjoyed the outside area. All in all, it was what we wanted. Well connected to the centre too and easy to reach Santa Barbara Castle on foot.
The apartment was exceptionally clean and in the perfect location to access the beach, Santa Barbara castle and all of the shops. As there were a group of 4 of us it was super helpful the apartment had 2 bathrooms, plenty of space to store clothing and living areas to socialise together. Kitchen had all items required and there were plenty of supplies left for us to use by the owner if needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to others and the owner is lovely too
Perfect location, literally 5mins away from everything you need including shops, restaurants and the port. Very close to the beach as well. The apartment has everything you need, we enjoyed the terrace and the view on the Santa Barbara castle very much. Ana is a great host, very kind and helpful. We could leave the baggage on the last day to enjoy the last day in the city before out flight.
Very spacious apartment, spotlessly clean, lovely rooftop area, everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. Little extras such as the beach towels, shampoo and coffee were a lovely touch. Jaime was a very helpful host throughout. Very central location in the pretty old town, close to the marina & beach, lots of lovely restaurants, beautiful churches and Santa Barbara castle and lots more within easy walking distance.
On arrival there were chocolates, biscuits, water, juices and maps of Alicante. The apartment was extremely modern and clean with 2 huge tvs one in the bedroom and one in the living area. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space.The owner had thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay. It is very central to the old town and just below the Santa Barbara Castle with loads of lovely bars and restaurants close by. We would definitely recommend

Great location, walked to Santa Barbara Castle, to the marina, the beach, all of the restaurants, so many things to do close to the property. Check in was easy, Yuri sent us a code to open and videos of how to use everything inside the apartment. Great tri-level design of this loft and it's a very spacious place to stay for a couple, with nice everything throughout. A very modern place!
