Only one of the staff members responsible for the parking at our arrival was really nice & the lady who came to prepare our bed for the night.

Arrived a little early but the staff were extremely helpful with parking and access to our room. Room was superb, spacious and comfortable. Close to everything we needed for a great visit. Not our first stay but as good as our last stay.

I've toured dozens of cathedrals and religious sites across the world and this one is certainly one of the most impressive - more so, in my opinion, even than many of the sites in Vatican City! Definitely don't miss it if you're in Burgos!

Location was the best, right outside of the Burgos cathedral. Our room over looks the cathedral.
Hotel facility was great. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful.
Apartment in excellent condition, clean, very comfortable, well decorated and spacious. Centrally located and walking distance from Burgos Cathedral, Santa Maria Arc, Paseo del Espolón, and many restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and well illuminated. Emilio, the host, provided clear instructions to access the property and its private covered parking. Also, gave us restaurant suggestions and was willing to help us out at all times and make our stay pleasant.
Palacio de los Blasones is located on the St. James Way and a very short walking distance to the Burgos Cathedral. It is surrounded by cute cafes and only a few blocks from the main shopping area. It is a convenient location to see all the major sights in Burgos. The rooms are clean and quiet at night and the staff is exceptionally nice. The breakfast spread was varied and plentiful. Great place to stay!

Very nice apartment. Quiet and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable. Very close to the Burgos Cathedral. Check in is at another hotel across the River about three blocks away. We would stay here again.
The apartment was conveniently located steps and away from bars/restaurants/shops and the Burgos Cathedral. The apartment was beautiful and well maintained. Very comfortable with great views from the mini balcony. The host provided everything one needs from a fully stocked kitchen should you wish to stay in and cook, including coffee and tea, to toiletries.
In a less congested area so it was much quieter which was great as I slept with my windows partially open. The bed was perfect for me and the view from the 7th floor was nice. The bathroom was large and the tub was perfect for a nice soaking after hiking the Camino. Large fluffy towels added a nice enhancement to my stay. I had the breakfast buffet 9 euros - lots of options and was very filling. The hotel is only a 8-12 minute walk to the Human Evolution museum or the Burgos Cathedral.
