The staff was incredibly nice and helpful for exploring Nurnberg. They were accommodating, friendly and tried to find solutions to tight situations.
The room I had overlooked the courtyard and was quaint.
The room is very simple and there's shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom- big plus for people with hair.

We enjoyed our stay though our room under the eaves was tight - glad we traveled with little luggage. The location was excellent, the breakfast delicious, and the staff courteous and professional. The price was high, especially for the small room, but that's probably due to the central location.

The room was larger than I expected, and was very comfortable. The location was perfect for my visit, and the breakfast was especially elegant. The staff were very agreeable, and, despite my poor German, there were no language difficulties. The laundry service was perfect!
