Wow, wow, wow! Where do I begin? I had this hotel on my list of ''where to go" for a while, and it was definitely worth the wait. I was greeted by the staff immediately when I arrived with my taxi; they took my luggage, and the bellboy asked how my trip was. Upon check-in, I was greeted by another friendly face, Lara, from the reception. She was so bubbly, and she made me even more comfortable by speaking to me in my own language. As I arrived in the morning, my room was not ready, so they offered to call me when the room was ready, which they did. I was able to check in way before the check-in time, which was appreciated.
The food was also worth your money; I ordered sweets, tea, and later in the evening, some room service. Every time I opened the door, I was met with a friendly face.
The breakfast spread was spectacular. Again, I ordered it through the room service, and the lovely Greta delivered my food. She was such a delight to see in the morning, and her happy and bubly personality is just what you need in the morning.
Upon checking out, I did have some small feedback regarding the room, and this was immediately taken seriously by the lovely Aylin. She listened to my feedback, which I felt was heard, which was nice!
To be completely honest, my experience cannot be fully translated into this review, as I would be writing a few pages. Overall, the experience was absolutely incredible. You can really sense that the staff who are working at the property love what they do. They make every guest feel special, and everyone is treated like a king or queen. And this is what sets them apart from any other hotel in Berlin.
I had a wonderful stay. The room was big and had a lot of amenities. The food was delicious, and the staff was absolutely wonderful!
This will be my hotel when I travel to Berlin. I will see you guys this year or next year! Until we meet again :)

Nice welcome when I got to the hotel. They allowed an early check in which was very welcome.
Good location. The district is full of nice coffee places and a few bars. Easy to connect to other parts of the city.
Room was comfortable with lots of space and natural light.

Grand property with comfortable and spacious rooms
The room was really big and super clean; the view over Potsdamer Platz was wonderful. I loved that the door to the French balcony opened fully, allowing lots of air in.
The best part of this hotel is the location. It's very quiet in the area even though it is right there close to all attractions and potsdamer platz. Otherwise, it's just a standard hotel.

The hotel and staff are great! There's a nice (although small) roof terrace, where you can chill in the evenings. We could store our luggage there on our last day as we had a late flight.
The rooms are clean and well-kept (nothing broken or not working). The location is very good. While not super central, it's quite easy to get to where you need to, as Mendelson station is nearby and Potsdamer platz is at a walking distance as well.
Breakfast is available for 24EUR and is a great buffet, the location is the best part though. Its incredibly well located with a bus stop out the front and walking distance to most convinence stores, food or Potsdamer Platz
Room was spacious and clean. Location is decent too, Potsdamerplatz is about 20 mins walk and from there one can get on to hop on hop off bus etc. Taxi from hotel to Potsdamer platz would be around 5-7 Euros.
We liked everything: location by the Zoo, with bus 200 on the right of the hotel, only 10 minutes to Potsdamer Platz by bus, breakfast was plentiful, bedroom was large, swimming pool was great, also sauna and steam room, friendly staff, etc.

Seeing historic buildings like the Reichstag & Brandenburg gate are a must if you are interested in history. Also things like the Victory Column (Siegessaule), checkpoint Charlie & the sections of the Berlin wall are fascinating. Berlin is a city full of wonderful gothic buildings & I recommend a guided boat trip down the Spree to see some of them & give some ideas of what else to visit. There are some modern buildings worth seeing too like the iconic TV tower in old East Berlin & the very modern, but stylish Potsdamer Platz built very close to the former wall.
