The hotel is across the road to the Lanxess Arena where we were going to attend a concert. The Arena parking is cheaper than many other parking facilities in Köln! We moved around taking the tram. Closest stop was only about 100m away! Proximity was perfect!

I went to a concert in the LANxess Arena with a friend. We stayed for one night and it was perfect. Only 25 minutes of walking to the Arena and right at the start of the old city centre. The location was perfect.
The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was very nice as well. A quiet place to sleep for a couple of nights.
There is no breakfast, but no problem to get it nearby. Location is superb if you go to Lanxess Arena. Station is very close, easy to find the hotel, just don't use google map , better to contact the owner of the hotel.
Great location for us, out of the City Centre but adjacent to transport hub and close to the Lanxess Arena. Very clean, modern and spacious apartment.

It's very clean, spacious and lovely place. I am very happy stayed here as there its only 10 min to Lanxess arena and in the hart of old town and next to the main train station.
