The hotel was reasonably priced. The room was clean but dated. We ate in the restaurant and the food was okay. Plenty to choose at breakfast. Both restaurant and breakfast rooms were pleasant.

Our family of 6 stayed comfortably in this beautiful, clean apartment with spectacular views on all sides. The apartment is light and well ventilated with large windows and sky lights. The bathroom was amazing with a large shower and plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment I needed to cook a lovely meal and bake a cake. We would have benefited from a.few more cereal bowls for our large family. The living room and bedrooms are all comfortable with nice, soft pillows and blankets.
The location is absolutely outstanding. We visited the nearby Triberg Waterfalls and the World's Largest Cuckoo Clock. The village itself has a lovely park, church and nice walks. There are plenty of restaurants, takeaways and shops a short drive away from the apartment.
Our host, Mario, was so friendly, welcoming and gave us all the information we needed.

The host,Mrs.Judith,was super kind,she gave us tips where to go and what to see.The apartment is new,very well equipped and has everything you need,including a nice patio,where you can drink coffee and watch the sunset.It is located in a quite residential area,with free parking,the city centre of Unterkirnach can be easily reached by foot.I would absolutelly reccomend it for a beautiful holiday in wonderful Schwarzwald.
