It is one of those places where you wonder how things happen. How do they know when to clean my room and I am undisturbed. It is magic. The breakfast was amazing. The doormen remember you, which is amazing with that many guests.

The rainfall shower head was a wicked indulgence, nice walk-in closet, lighting and curtain controls with push of a button, and a balcony. What’s not to like.
The staff is respectively friendly and makes a point to greet you personally, lovely touch.
If the budget allows, make sure you visit the Lakeside restaurant on the 7th floor. A true dining experience.

Hotel was right across the street from Hamburg central station. Easy access for transportation. Room overlooked main street and stationed, despite being close to station, was NEVER noisy. Staff were very friendly and willing to help you with any questions you had. Breakfast was excellent -coffee,tea, juices, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausages, rolls. Breakfast opens at 6:00 AM allowing you an early start for the day. Multiple restaurants close by for evening meals.
The room was wonderful with a nice view to the city, neat, clean and 10 mins walk to the Hamburg Central station. Many Mediterranean restaurants nearby and are open till midnight. It's a wonderful stay and the staff are very helpful.
Easy access from Hamburg Central Station, a quick ride on the U Bahn and a short few minutes walk. Location was within walking distance of St. Nikolai, Townhall, and the port/docks. Spacious room and large bed (not just two twin beds pushed together like other hotels). Would come again.

Very nice and comfortable hotel nearby Hamburg Central Station, with very good breakfast and easy check in and check out. If you plant to stay hear for few days for work and for conference it's the right play to choose this hotel.
The hotel is just steps away from Hamburg Central Station, train system. The room was basic but clean and a great value for the price. Upon arrival I was greeted in anorofessional and way by the front desk person who had already the information for my reservation. I was asked if I wanted to add breakfast, and I am glad I did because the food was great with lots of choices.
All went as expected from a 4stars hotel. Rich breakfast. Very good service personnel during the breakfast time! Room was cleaned daily. Good coffee and tea in the room. Good bad! Silence during the night.
Bergedorf is a small and cute place for small shopping and walking (clean and fresh air park in the down town).
Hamburg Central Station is reachable in 20min by S-bann (S2 Or S21) and about 50min (S2 + S1) to the Airport.
