The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect, on the outskirts of Berlin so easy to reach by car, but also close to public transport (both tram and S-bahn). I was even allowed to park my car on the hotel property instead of in the street. The only downside of the tram close by was of course the noise of the tram.
The staff was very friendly. I read some negative comments about the breakfast, but we had nothing to complain. There were warm fresh bread rolls in the morning, and the person responsible for the breakfast took her task of getting everything in order very serious. After noticing the first morning that my husband preferred tea over coffee, she made sure the tea was ready as soon as she saw us.
