Our favorite hotel on our trip to Germany. Old world hospitality. Junior Suite overlooking Moselle River was unbelievable. Pressed linens, attention to every detail. Had dinner and breakfast in restaurant- both outstanding. Highly recommended.

Cochem Castle
From its hilltop perch, this grandiose castle dominates the sky over Cochem. The original 12th-century construction was destroyed in 1689, but some years later businessman Louis Ravené bought the ruins and erected this magnificent Neo-Gothic beast as a summer residence. Not a bad spot for a second home.

There are 2 walking routes to the castle. One is more steep which is at the bottom of the castle's hill and is marked by a mini tower, the other one is a more gradual slop by Sabrina's Kitchen. Otherwise take Bus 771 only buy the ticket to get there and walk back down so don't have to wait for the returning bus.
The hotel is very comfortable and very nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful, arranging for taxi service promptly and also holding breakfast for us when we were coming back a bit later one morning. The location is great, and it is an easy walk to the River Mosel, the Cochem Castle, and the train station. We had a lovely stay.
The apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has all amenities. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host was nice and friendly.
It's a 10 min walk to the city center. The view is amazing from the balcony. You can see the Cochem castle.
They welcomed us with a local bottle of wine available in the apartment.

Wonderful balcony view of Mosel river, and Cochem Castle. Walking distance to Pubs, Shops, and Restaurants. Very nice modern apartment with ample living and storage space. The host was VERY helpful and pleasant.
It was spacious. If you wanted to cook, you can. Nice view of the Cochem castle once you get out of the building. Some apartments have good view from the room itself.
We had a wonderful stay here with great views of Cochem Castle from the balcony 24/7. The hotel is in 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest restaurants, shops, supermarket, river cruise, etc. The hotel has parking on site (in the back). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and other amenities were good as advertised here. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend, thank you.
Leyla (Lela) was a fantastic host. She was friendly, helpful, always cheerful. She provided a great breakfast every day (extra, but reasonable). The views of the river activity from Apt #4 were fabulous and balcony views of Cochem Castle were lovely. The apartment was spotless. We appreciated the elevator. The visit was made most wonderful by the hostess, Leyla.
We loved this small hotel. It was a block off the main street on the hillside, and our room was on the top floor with a little balcony that had a beautiful view of the village, the river, and Cochem castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.
A very nice Hotel. Very clean, spacious room, with a small refrigerator, coffee machine and fan. Our room also had a nice view of the Cochem castle. Excellent breakfast, and all items were freshly prepared. Parking is close by and reasonably priced.
And above all a VERY friendly and helpful staff. We had forgotten something in our room at checkout. After one phone call, the item was promptly found and sent to us in the mail!!
