Very comfortable beds, world class service by the staff. Considering it is Ritz Carlton it was also great value for money here in Berlin compared to other locations. Good location near the park and a 10min walk to the Brandenburger Tor.

The hotel is located near Mitte and Prenzlauerberg and there are lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has a very beautiful interior and the room was spacious and very beautiful. The breakfast was excellent.

Location very convenient for exploring the city; rooms spacious and clean but we had hoped for a better view and we did not get balconies which we had booked with you. Our 2 rooms were adjacent to each other and the windows could be opened widely, which met our requirements for ventilation.
